Conference attendees receive certificates that reflect the number of hours spent in classes during PCB East. These certificates can be used as evidence of continuing education and training in accordance with ISO 9001 and other corporate quality assurance and quality management requirements.

PCB East offers a group discount on the 4-day conference pass for five or more from the same company.

Terms and Conditions:

  • All payments for the conference must be received in full prior to attending. Payments should be made by credit card.  For other payment options, contact Frances Stewart.  Registrations without complete payment information will not be processed or confirmed.
  • Credit card payments will show a charge processed by Printed Circuit Engineering Association™.

Refunds and Cancellations:

A $75 cancellation fee will be withheld from any registration fees refunded. All refund requests must be made and received via email to
Frances Stewart no later than February 27, 2026. Registrations made after February 27, 2026 are considered confirmed. No refund requests will be allowed after this date, including for “no shows.”

There is no charge for registration substitutions.  If you need to transfer your registration to another individual, please email
us here.

If the Organizer changes the dates for the Conference, relocates the Conference to another facility or changes the name of the Conference, there will be no refunds of the Conference Fees, unless the start date of the Conference is moved more than ninety (90) days earlier or later than the originally scheduled start date.
